A rich bluish-green 1.12 carat natural emerald is centered on this Vintage 10k yellow gold ring. Four sturdy prongs hold the gemstone tightly above a beautifully patterned band. The oval mixed cut 8mm x 6mm x 2.91mm emerald is of medium bluish-green color with nice translucency, flashes of brighter green and natural crystalline inclusions typical of emerald crystal growth. The shoulders and profile of the ring have a deeply carved linear sunray and wheat patterned design.

The ring was finished with a sturdy shank. The inside is marked "10k" (gold) and signed "CID" (hallmark attributed to Clyde Duneier). The ring measures an approx. size 7 and could be re-sized by an experienced jeweler. The recently polished shiny gold setting is in very good vintage condition with minimal age wear. Please see photos and detailed measurements below. Overall, this piece is in very good antique condition for its age.
