PRICE: All of our pieces are priced below appraisal and market value, but if you love a piece and would love to make an offer, don't hesitate. We at VoxMarket would appreciate and love your business.
SHIPPING: ---Items will be shipped with First Class USPS. Items may be shipped with Priority USPS at seller's discretion. International shipping is quoted by Etsy and will be done through Etsy International shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are liable for any customs, fees, imports, bureaucracies and delays (outside of seller's control) in shipment progress. No returns or discounts will be honored due to these circumstances. If you choose to not pay the customs fee or refuse delivery of the parcel. The parcel will be automatically shipped back. When VoxMarket receives the item, it will charge a 10% restocking fee, full original shipping, and any fees it may incur.
RETURNS: Yes. We understand buying things online can be a challenge - especially jewelry. If you do not like the piece, please make sure to reach out to returns@voxmarket.store with your intent and ship out within 7 days of delivery. No exemptions will be made for late returns. Please let VoxMarket know that you would like to return the item prior to shipping. You will be given an authorization code and an address for return. Do not just ship the item back, as a return would not be honored without the code. Return the item in original condition along with original packaging. Return shipping and insurance is the liability of buyer. Once we receive the return, we will confirm it is in original condition and issue a full refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days after delivery.
ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED: Items purchased on layaway are not eligible for return. Items sized or customized for you may not be returned. Items damaged or altered will be denied return.
